Referat für Finanzen

Mein Name ist Valery Koberg, meine Pronomen sind sie/ihr und ich bin Finanzreferentin im AStA. Meine Aufgaben bestehen daraus, den Haushalt der Studierendenschaft zu planen und Ausgaben der Studierendenschaft abzurechnen (dazu gehören Partys, Vorträge, und andere Ausgaben von Fachschaften, Initiativen, Hochschulgruppen, AStA Referaten...) sowie sicherzustellen, dass alle Ausgaben im Rahmen der Finanzordnung und im Sinne der Studierendenschaft getätigt werden. Zusätzlich bin ich verantwortlich für die Vergabe von Kleinstdarlehen (bis zu 500€) an Studierende der Universität, die in spontane, unverschuldete Geldnöte geraten sind. Diese Darlehen sind unkompliziert und zinslos, müssen allerdings innerhalb von 10 Monaten zurückgezahlt werden. Bei allen Fragen und Anliegen meldet euch gerne per Mail asta-finanzen[at]uos.de oder kommt zur Sprechstunde des AStA. [Achtung! Emails von anderen Anbietern werden manchmal leider abgefangen. Die Finanzsprechstunde findet jeden Montag von 12-14 Uhr statt.

My name is Valery Koberg, my pronouns are she/her and I am a finance-consultant in the AStA. My tasks consist of planning the student body's budget and accounting for student body expenses (this includes parties, lectures, and other expenses of student councils, initiatives, university groups, AStA units...) as well as ensuring that all expenses are made within the financial regulations and in the spirit of the student body. In addition, I am responsible for granting micro-loans (up to 500€) to students of the university who have run into spontaneous financial difficulties through no fault of their own. These loans are uncomplicated and interest-free, but must be repaid within 10 months.
