Referat für Soziales, Gleichstellung und Inklusion

[english below]

We are Adeline (25, Law) and Arberie (24, European Studies) and we are your social department. We take care of all the issues for students that come to mind when you hear the buzzword "social affairs". We advise students in housing shortages and provide support, among other things. As part of this, we supervise the project Wohnen für Hilfe (Housing for Help), which aims to enable students to live inexpensively and support people with disabilities in their everyday lives in an appropriate manner.
We also organize free first aid courses and sign language courses for you.
We continue to take care of inclusion and equality, which means: we are at your side in the event of any disadvantages on the part of the university and help you with conflicts of any kind. We are committed to promoting equal opportunities for students while taking intersectional discrimination into account. This is why we are also the student contact persons for the Equal Opportunities Office.
If something unpleasant happens to you during your first week and/or you don't feel comfortable, you are welcome to contact us, we are here for you and will advise you.
